EI Dorado Street, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms. Duncan: <br /> This letter is submitted on behalf of Gene Gabbard, Inc. to request an extension of the submittal <br /> of a work plan to continue the investigation of the site. <br /> In correspondence dated April 17, 2000, San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) requested a work plan be submitted by June 2, 2000 <br /> to proceed with the next phase of field work. However, Gene Gabbard, Inc. only recently <br /> received pre-approval from the UST Cleanup Fund for the costs to prepare the work plan. <br /> Ground Zero received authorization on May 30, 2000 to prepare the requested work plan.
