The <br /> total cost pre-approved as eligible for reimbursement for advancing five direct push borings,sampling and <br /> reporting approved by the San Joaquin County EHD (County)in their August 26, 1999 letter,is$10,465. <br /> Please note that you are reouired to obtain at least three bids for any future corrective action work at your site. <br /> Be aware that this pre-approval does not constitute a decision on reimbursement: all reasonable and <br /> necessary corrective action costs for work directed and approved by the County will be eligible for <br /> reimbursement per the terms of your Letter of Commitment at costs consistent with those pre-approved in this <br /> letter. <br /> All future costs for corrective action must be approved in writing by Fund staff.
