Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br />(209) 468-3420 <br />GORDON LEE BOGGS <br />CENTRAL VALLEY REGIONAL <br />WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br />3443 ROUTIER ROAD, SUITE A <br />SACRAMENTO CA 95827-3098 <br />RE: Bloom Construction <br />2010 W: Fremont Street <br />Stockton, CA <br />c(apy <br />MAR 2 11994 <br />SITE CODE:1108 <br />San Joaquin County Public Healdli Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has recently reviewed <br />our underground storage tank file for the above referenced site. <br />On November 18, 1988, CentralValley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) wrote a Ietter <br />to the responsible parties for this site and stated that they had reviewed the data submitted by Kaldveer . <br />Associates for this site and that the file for this site would be closed (copy enclosed). <br />PHS/EHD staff disagreed with this finding in February 1989 and in a phone conversation with you it was <br />agreed that the site would remain on the contaminated site list. <br />PHS/EHD is currently prioritizing its contaminated sites. Therefore; we request that CVRWQCB reevaluate <br />the above referenced site for closure status. The depth to groundwater at. this site is less than 10 feet and <br />a groundwater investigation as recommended and outlined in the Tri Regional Board Staff Recommendations: <br />has never been conducted.
