(AGE) , for the above-referenced <br /> site. <br /> In In-Situ Chemical Oxidation Pilot Test Report, AGE reported that between 14 August and <br /> 10 October 2013, an in-situ chemical oxidation pilot test comprised of four injection events <br /> was conducted . The analytical data submitted by AGE showed positive results from the <br /> pilot test conducted. AGE recommended continuing the pilot test with additional injection <br /> events . EHD is of the opinion that at this time, sufficient information is available to proceed <br /> with submitting a correction action plan (CAP) prior to implementing further remedial actions. <br /> The EHD directs that a correction action plan be submitted and approved to implement the <br /> technology. <br /> Once EHD approves the correction action plan , a 30-day public participation period will start. <br /> During the 307day public participation period, the public can comment on the technology <br /> approved by EHD for the above-referenced site.
