I found <br /> the meeting to be very informative and encouraging. I think it is important that we all <br /> realize that we are all working towards the same end; that being the complete remediation <br /> of the site at 2050 E. Fremont Street. <br /> Per our conversation, this letter will serve as formal notice that no monitoring has been <br /> done the first quarter of 2009 . We propose the following plan of action: <br /> 1 . Submit to EHD a written request and plan for reduced monitoring. <br /> 2. Submit a plan for moving forward with remediation per the possibilities we <br /> discussed. <br /> 3 .
