page 21 2050 Fremont Street <br /> M <br /> SJC/EHD approves the installation of the confirmation soil boring , the three proposed wells <br /> and performance of the groundwater extraction feasibility test as outlined in the Work Plan . <br /> Please proceed with submittal of a SJC/EHD well permit application , the required $89. 00 <br />'i permit fee and $294 . 00 permit inspection fee for each drilling contractor hired to construct <br /> the proposed boring and wells , and with scheduling the approved work. <br /> SJC/EHD approves the proposed collection of soil and groundwater samples necessary for <br /> conducting an ozone infusion bench scale test. Performance of such a test, however, is not <br /> a requirement of SJC/EHD , but of the Regional Water Quality Control Board , Central Valley <br /> Region (CVRWQCB).
