I was at one time an operator of Apache Plastics which did own the property at 2050
East Fremont Street. As you may know Apache Plastics ceased all operations on April 30, 1998
and has since been dissolved with no distributions to any of its owners.
In the years that I was an operator at Apache Plastics I was, with the advice of legal
council, assiduously careful to make certain that none of my personal business activity was ever
commingled with that of Apache Plastics. There is no blurred line in any situation where the
assets or liabilities of Apache might ever be confused with mine as an individual.
I have managed the remediation at 2050 E. Fremont only as a good citizen. I had no legal
duty to do so, nor any financial interest whatsoever.
If you must persist in copying me on future documents to Bill Stoermer, may I please
request that you address all such documents to the appropriate party which is Apache Plastics
and not me as an individual.
Very truly yours,
Apache Plastics
By: Lawrence H.
