Tracy Blvd. Tracy CA. 95377 <br />Violation #619 Staff has been trained on SPCC, along with oil handling equipment & operation to <br />prevent discharge. Training log provided. <br />Violation #622 Staff has held the annual spill prevention briefing for oil -handling, discharge prevention. <br />Log sheet provided (log/training sheets are combined) <br />Violation #714 Visual high liquid level devices have been installed on Oil Drums. <br />Picture provided. <br />Violation #715 All liquid level sensing devices have been tested by Tanknology. <br />Results provided. <br />Violation #4010 Management approval signatures will be provided when new SPCC Plan is completed. <br />SPCC Plan is currently under final review by Engineer. <br />
