The October 2014 SPCC Plan on page 3-5 of section 3.1.3 mentions a 20,000 gallon bio diesel AST but this AST is not mentioned in table 2-3 on page 2-7. This bio diesel AST has a sign indicating that it is a B99 Bio diesel. The plan has not been completely amended to accurately include the bio diesel AST in table 2-3 on page 2-7. The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure(SPCC) Plan must be amended when there is a change in the facility design, construction, operation, or maintenance that materially affects its potential for a discharge, within 6 months of the change, and implemented as soon as possible, not later than 6 months following preparation of the amendment. Immediately make all necessary amendments to the SPCC Plan to accurately represent the procedures and policies currently in place at the facility. This is a minor violation.
