The influent monitoring has shown
a leveling off of concentrations and you are requesting monitoring be reduced to monthly. The
effluent monitoring to show compliance with discharge limits is a critical measurement to the
City. Having shown detection in the effluent during each of the last two months it does not
appear appropriate to reduce the frequency of monitoring at this time.
If you have any questions please contact me at (209) 333-6740 or Michael Schafer at (209)
333-6868.
Sincerely,
ran E.
