Activities were <br />Tonya.Myers <br />performed as proposed within ARCADIS Work Plan for Well Destruction and System <br />@arcadis-us.com <br />(Work Plan), dated November 13, 2009. The Work Plan was conditionally approved <br />by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) as indicated in the <br />Our ref: <br />letter dated November 21, 2008.
