The Report includes a Figure 1 <br />showing the site and adjacent parcels, a table (List) of the names and addresses of each <br />property owner/tenant, and a draft Fact Sheet describing the project. <br />Please proceed with the public participation requirement for closure at your site. The Report is <br />approved with the following changes: the Fact Sheet shall include a sentence with the date <br />that comments are due, and the mailing date shall be inserted in place of the "August 2008" <br />currently in the header. <br />You are to send a copy of the Report Figure 1 and the revised Fact Sheet to all parties within <br />250 feet of the site (property owners and tenant, as applicable on the List) and the current site <br />owner(s), and allow for a 45 -day review period.
