An spill that has entered a <br />storm drain becomes a reportable spill to external agencies The external agency_ should be contacted <br />immediately by the appropriate environmental department personnel For dispossl activities the person should <br />call the AT&T emergengy emergecall center to dis a ch a desi Hated vendor for disposal of the used material. The <br />vendor will provide containment (as appropriate) of the Waste materials including appropriate wrapping and <br />packaging for example, tape/caps on battery terminal posts and plug/seal batteries to prevent splashing or <br />leakage of electrolyte, etc.) the Waste materials The vendor will create and provide AT&T on-site personnel <br />the appropriate shipping/transporting documents (Bill -of -Lading, Uniform Waste Manifest) prior to <br />transporting material.
