(AGE) has prepared
this Phase II Limited Site Assessment Work Plan for the properties located at 825 Navy
Drive and 1137 South Stockton Street, Stockton, California (site). The work plan
provides procedures for the collection of soil samples at the site. The site and
surrounding area are illustrated in Figure 1; on-site structures and proposed soil boring
locations are illustrated in Figure 2.
INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
AGE completed a Phase I environmental assessment of the subject property in
September 2015. The following recognized environmental conditions (RECs) were
identified:
An active SLIC case at the property due to diesel fuel impacted soil. Impacted
soil remains in place the site from past use of USTs and ASTs. Concentrations of
diesel fuel remaining in soil are above the San Francisco Bay Regional Water
Quality Control Board's Environmental Screening Levels (ESLs) for residential
soil which does not allow for unrestricted land use.
Oil staining along the boundary of the Interstate Trucking and Delta Bluegrass
lots.
The presence of three oil -water separators/clarifiers on the property.
The active SLIC case is ongoing and being administered by Idealease; this proposal will
not address the SLIC case. However, for the remaining items, AGE recommended the
837 Shaw Road • Stockton, CA 95215
Telephone (209) 467-1006 • Fax (209) 467-1118
