Dark oil stains and oily debris were found on the <br /> concrete shop floor outside in between the south bay doors next to the drill press. Dark oil stains and oily debris were <br /> found on the concrete floor outside south of the shop bay doors. Dark and wet oil stains and oily debris were found on <br /> the floor outside next to the waste oil drums. Wet and dark oil stains were found on the dirt parking lot where various <br /> equipment and vehicles are stored east of the shop. Dark oil stains were found on the asphalt outside north of the <br /> maintenance shop near various equipment. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the <br /> environment. Immediately clean up the oil stains, oily debris, and contaminated soil, and manage according to Title <br /> 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was <br /> managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> :., Jrtiz confirmed that outside at the northeast corner of the facility storage area are two unlabeled open blue 5� <br /> gallon drums that each contain a mixture of waste fuel and water and that this waste is to be hauled off by his <br /> registered hazardous waste hauler. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding <br /> or removing waste.
