Public Works Department, Frank Beeler, verbal communication, July
2000). The well was sampled annually in 1996 and 1997, quarterly during 1998, and monthly in
r} 1999 and 2000. No detectable concentrations of hydrocarbons or fuel oxygenates have been
reported in this well (City of Lodi and G -R).
► , SECOR, Final Remediation Plan (August 25, 2000)
The Final Remediation Plan (FRP) summarized the GWE and SVE interim remediation
` e performed to date, proposed adding EW -2 as a second GWE well, and recommended continued
operation of the existing SVE system.
E SECOR, Aquifer Test Report (March 30, 2001)
Between November 13 and 27, 2000, SECOR conducted an aquifer test to estimate various
aquifer parameters. Based on results from the aquifer pump test, the average transmissivity (T)
and storativity (S) values were approximately 1,497 ft2/day and 0.1, respectively. Assuming a
r. saturated aquifer thickness of 445 ft, hydraulic conductivity of the aquifer is approximately 3.5
ft/day.
SECOR, Problem Assessment Report/Final Remediation Plan Addendum (June 5, 2001)
On June 5, 2005, SECOR prepared a Problem Assessment Report/Final Remediation Plan
n Addendum (PAR/FRP) to document the results of site assessment activities, and to evaluate
potential remedial actions at the site.
The PAR/FRP discussed the drilling of seven soil borings (B4, B6, B8, B9, B10, B11, and MW -
8S), and the installation of nine groundwater monitoring wells (MW -7B, MW -8S, MW -9B, MW -
10C, MW -17B, MW -18B, MW -19C, MW -20A, and MW -20B), and one groundwater extraction
well (EX -3) (Table 1).
Hydrocarbons and fuel oxygenates were not reported in soil samples collected from borings B8
and B4. Hydrocarbons and fuel oxygenates were not reported in B5 at 50 and 82 ft bgs. TPHg,
benzene, ethylbenzene, MtBE, EtBE, and TAME were reported in the soil sample from 58 ft bgs
in B5 at 2.38 mg/kg, 0.805 mg/kg, 0.049 mg/kg, 17.2 mg/kg, 0.647 mg/kg, and 0.229 mg/kg
respectively (Table 4). TPHg, benzene, ethylbenzene, MtBE, EtBE, and TAME were reported in
--- the soil sample from 62-1/2 ft bgs at 1.69 mg/kg, 0.610 mg/kg, 0.0570 mg/kg, 7.53 mg/kg, 0.452
mg/kg, and 0.109 mg/kg respectively.
2.3 Sensitive Receptor Survey
F 95775 NFAR REPORT Final.doc 4 SECOR International Incorporated
