Charter Way, Stockton, CA <br />Dear Mr. Mahammad Anwar: <br />The Environmental Health Department staff conducted a routine waste tire inspection of <br />the waste tire site located at 641 E. Charter Way, Stockton, CA 95205, on January 15, <br />2004, pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code (PRC), Section 43303. The site <br />was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR). On the above date, it was determined that more <br />than 500 waste tires were being stored on site. All waste tires removed from your <br />property are required to be transported by a registered waste tire hauler to an <br />authorized destination facility. Each load of tires removed shall be properly manifested. <br />A list of registered waste tire haulers can be found on the California Integrated Waste <br />Managements Boards (CIWMB) web site (ciwmb.ca.gov/tires), qr by contacting Robert <br />McClellon at (209) 468-0332.
