A report will be prepared after completion of necessary field <br />work and upon receipt of all laboratory analytical results. The report <br />will include boring logs and well construction details, site map, soil and <br />groundwater analytical results, chain -of -custody documentation, and <br />findings. <br />Field and laboratory procedures are presented as Attachment E. <br />SCHEDULE <br />SECOR is prepared to initiate field work within 2 weeks following the issuance of <br />necessary permits by the SJCEID, California Department of Transportation (CalTrans), <br />and the securing of access for the offsite locations. Due to the extreme time <br />constraint imposed by the NOV, we will assume that full RWQCB approval of our <br />proposed scope of work is given if we do not receive a response from RWQCB <br />within S days.
