fact have invoices for the new batteries. The facility has requested that the supplier document that the
core was replaces with a replacement new battery for the future. The invoices are being obtained and
can be supplied by 3.15.16 to EHD.
301. Pump was fixed and oil cleaned up and properly disposed of in a drum maintained and labeled on
site, Material will be properly disposed of as required by regulations.
303. The oily liquid was properly cleaned and the control equipment is being properly maintained. If any
spill occurs into the containment in the future it is to be cleaned up immediately.
403. All liquids have been cleaned as required and all containers are to be kept closed except adding or
removing hazardous waste.
601. Waste absorbent to be properly disposed of. The 30 gallon drum of metal fines was empty and has
been empty for some time. To the best of my knowledge it appears the 1.3.2012 start date was
incorrectly put on the drum under the assumption that there would be metal fines to place in the drum.
The facility is in fact going to initiate a start date as metal fines if any are placed in the container. Waste
hauler contacted but has not arrived to pick up material. As soon as they do we will submit a manifest to
EHD by 3.15.16.
605. Containers labeled and all waste properly disposed of as regulations require. Pickup of the
materials has been ordered for the waste hauler but they have not shown up yet. As soon as they arrive
we will submit the manifest to EHD. No later than 3.15.16.
608. Drained is included on the drained used oil filters and all are properly labeled and stored,
Aboveground petroleum Storage Act Inspection Report
604. Alta Environmental was contracted to completely revise the SPCC plan. They conducted a site visit
on 2.29.16. The SPCC plan revisions are not final but are expected to be complete by 3.22.16. Item # 604
is included to be revised as part of the SPC revision.
609 & 706. All 55 gallon drums have containment capable of holding S5 gallons and the SPCC plan is
being revised to show that. The SPCC plan revisions are not final but are expected to be complete by
3.22.16.
713. Visual inspections were in fact conducted as required by the SPCC plan in place. The SPCC plan is
being revised and once that is complete inspection will be conducted as stated in the plan. The SPCC
plan revisions are not final but are expected to be complete by 3.22.16.
716. Liquid level device was installed per CFR 112.6. Testing to be complete once inspection schedule is
documented in revised SPCC plan. Upon immediate implementation of approved and final revised plan
procedures and frequency of testing will be documented and maintained on site.
