The 30 gallon drum of metal fines was empty and has <br />been empty for some time. To the best of my knowledge it appears the 1.3.2012 start date was <br />incorrectly put on the drum under the assumption that there would be metal fines to place in the drum. <br />The facility is in fact going to initiate a start date as metal fines if any are placed in the container. Waste <br />hauler contacted but has not arrived to pick up material. As soon as they do we will submit a manifest to <br />EHD by 3.15.16. <br />605. All 55 gallon drums have containment capable of holding S5 gallons and the SPCC plan is <br />being revised to show that.
