Install tell-tale hole on nozzles D, E. and G reinforcing plates (Class 1). <br />2. Product side corrosion should be repaired by installing a patch plate with a <br />minimum 12"x12"x0.250" carbon steel (Class 1). <br />3. Install a reinforcing plate on water draw pipe support. ModiN, pipe support so <br />as to allow seismic movement (Class 1). <br />4. Coating failures should be properly cleaned and coated again (Class 2). <br />
