Page 3 of 152 <br />API 653 Inspection Report <br />Chevron Products Company, Tank #137 <br />Banta Terminal, Banta, CA'°' <br />October 17, 2012 FEB 2 5 2016 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL <br />SUITABILITY FOR SERVICE ur'A°TYnr:R: 01 TRfiENT <br />According to Section 9.0 of the Chevron Products Company Technical Specification for <br />Formal External and Internal Tank Inspections of Large Aboveground Storage Tanks, <br />DJA Inspection Services, Inc. recommendation for service is categorized as Class 1, 21 <br />and 3. <br />Tank is suitable for service if certain repairs are made or recommendations <br />implemented. <br />It is recommended that the following items be addressed before returning the tank to <br />service: <br />CLASS 1 ITEMS <br />1. Replace seals around fixed roof column and gauge well. <br />2.
