(Refer to API 570, section 5.12 for Piping Inspection Code: API 1637 for Marking/Labefing) / Cathodic Protectlon System (where applicable) -Visually inspect to ensure the system is operational; monthly, ✓ ✓ complete the separate cathodic protection inspection form. Look for obvious signs of damage to gate operator, rollers, chains, hydraulic pumps Walkthrough Gates - Ensure gates are closed and locked and show no signs of damage or unauthorized entry - Off-site Drain Valves - Ensure valves are closed and locked when not in use and show no signs of damage Video Cameras - Ensure cameras are present and show no obvious signs of damage. Check monitor inside to ensure they are working property, are in focus and are adjusted to provide maximum viewing Dike Walls - Inspect walls fordamage, points for potential leaks during spill (ex: animal burrows, cracks) iJ V/ Fenceline - Visually inspect the fenceline forholes in fencing, sagging/broken barbed wire, gaps underfencing, vegetation growing into fencing, suspicious packages/people near fencing, signs of unauthorized entry Valves - Look for product leaks and drips; Ensure valves are in the correct position and locked when not /n use; ✓ Ensure water draw and roof drain valves are closed and locked when not in use / Manifold Area - Ensure there are no signs of leaks; valves that are not in use are closed and locked: product valve labels are correct ✓ ;: t Seals and Locks - Ensure all seals and locks are in place and show no signs of tampering Dock Security Checks - Walk length o1 dock ispecting above and below; verity a/1 gates are closed and locked Y at all times, dock buildings kept locked when dock unattended; check for hose leaks, check lighting at night _ . _ V Pump Off Pumps - Visually inspect for leaks, listen for excessive or unusual noise when running, verify oil in locked lubricator, check pressure gauges, verify valves ¢,.
