Visually inspect flange and blind bolts. Look for signs of damage and/or corrosion. Ensure there are <br />V <br />V <br />arrows showing flow direction. Ensure piping is clearly marked with product service. (Refer to API 570, section <br />5.12 for Piping Inspection Code: API 1637 for Marking/Labefing) <br />/ <br />Cathodic Protectlon System (where applicable) -Visually inspect to ensure the system is operational; monthly, <br />✓ <br />✓ <br />complete the separate cathodic protection inspection form. <br />Motor Operated Valves (Iii Air Leak -Listen for air leaks <br />Piping Supports - Ensure supports are in good condition, sturdy,' inspect for signs of rust or damage. <br />Automatic Gates - Ensure gates open and close property and all safety features (sensor /oops,'contact alarms, <br />i/ <br />lights, sounds) work correctly. Look for obvious signs of damage to gate operator, rollers, chains, hydraulic <br />pumps <br />Walkthrough Gates - Ensure gates are closed and locked and show no signs of damage or unauthorized entry <br />- <br />Off-site Drain Valves - Ensure valves are closed and locked when not in use and show no signs of damage <br />Video Cameras - Ensure cameras are present and show no obvious signs of damage. Check monitor inside to <br />ensure they are working property, are in focus and are adjusted to provide maximum viewing <br />Dike Walls - Inspect walls fordamage, points for potential leaks during spill (ex: animal burrows, cracks) <br />iJ <br />V/ <br />Fenceline - Visually inspect the fenceline forholes in fencing, sagging/broken barbed wire, gaps underfencing, <br />vegetation growing into fencing, suspicious packages/people near fencing, signs of unauthorized entry <br />Valves - Look for product leaks and drips; Ensure valves are in the correct position and locked when not /n use; <br />✓ <br />Ensure water draw and roof drain valves are closed and locked when not in use <br />/ <br />Manifold Area - Ensure there are no signs of leaks; valves that are not in use are closed and locked: product <br />valve labels are correct <br />✓ ;: <br />t <br />Seals and Locks - Ensure all seals and locks are in place and show no signs of tampering <br />Dock Security Checks - Walk length o1 dock ispecting above and below; verity a/1 gates are closed and locked <br />Y <br />at all times, dock buildings kept locked when dock unattended; check for hose leaks, check lighting at night <br />_ <br />. _ <br />V <br />Pump Off Pumps - Visually inspect for leaks, listen for excessive or unusual noise when running, verify oil in <br />locked <br />lubricator, check pressure gauges, verify valves <br />¢,. <br />A <br />Leaks - Look Iorsigns of drip or leaks.
