Ensure piping is clearly labeled with product service q and flow direction Turbine Meter Visually inspect the turbine meter for leaking at flanges, proper operation (e.g. meter count) Control Valve - Visually inspect the control valve for damage; leaking at flanges; proper operation: controlled opening and closing rrr Drain boxes/pump off systems/buckets -Ensure boxes and buckets are empty. Make sure pump off system hose and fittings are in good condition and gaskets are present and in good condition Ensure there are no air leaks.
