Press "test" button, if equipped, to make sure all <br />tights work correctly. <br />Water Leaks - Look forsigns ofwaterleaking into MCC <br />HVAC - Ensure the heating and cooling system is working properly <br />Labeling - Ensure all equipment, switches and breakers are labeled properly for clear identification <br />Water Drains - Open to remove any water and then Gose <br />Belts - Ensure the belts are not too tight or too loose. Look for signs of wear <br />Gauges - Ensure they work correctly, Ensure compressor comes on/off at correct setpoints <br />Oil Levels - Check oiler or sight glass for level and condition of oil <br />Abnonrlai Noise - Listen for squealing belts, grinding bearings and other noises that aren't normal and could be <br />a sign ofimpending failure. <br />Vibration - LooMisten for excessive vibrations that indicate impending failure <br />On-off Switch - Ensure switch operates correctly <br />Air Leak - Listen for leaks <br />Valves - Ensure all valves are in their correct operating position <br />DAILY- Visually inspect to ensure there are no vapor orliquid leaks <br />STAGE 1 Check for product and vapor leaks. Inspect liquid level to prevent overflowing. Make <br />Psure pump works correctly and there are no signs of contamination. <br />Zi/ STAGE 2 Check for product and vapor leaks.
