Ensure safeguard Is in place to prevent entanglement in rotating shaft. <br />Off/On Switches - Ensure each switch is in the correct position, locked if required and clearly marked as to what <br />it operates. <br />Valve Position Ensure valves are in the correct position, looked and/or sealed as required and clearly marked <br />with a tag with its p&ID # or its purpose. <br />Containment Area Ensure area is clear of leaves and debris; inspect for signs ofdamage <br />Line Shock/Pipe, Vibration -Watch and listen for vibration, which could be a sign of incorrectly sized piping, <br />pumps, pressure relief valves, etc. <br />Pressure Relief Valves -Ensure valves are marked clearly with P&ID # and/or what it operates.
