Visually inspect flange and blind bolts. Look for signs of damage and/or <br />corrosion. Ensure there are arrows showing flow direction. Ensure piping is clearly marked with product <br />service. Look for obvious signs of damage to gate operator, rollers, <br />chains, hydraulic pumps <br />Walkthrough Gates - Ensure gates are closed and locked and show no signs of damage or <br />unauthorized entry <br />V <br />/ <br />v <br />Off-site Drain Valves - Ensure valves are closed and locked when not in use and show no signs of <br />damage <br />/� <br />V <br />✓ <br />Video Cameras - Ensure cameras are present and show no obvious signs of damage. Check monitor <br />inside to ensure they are working properly, are in focus and are adjusted to provide maximum viewing <br />✓ <br />Dike Walls - Inspect walls for damage, points for potential leaks during spill (ex: animal burrows, <br />cracks) <br />' <br />✓ <br />✓ <br />Fenceline - Visually inspect the fenceline for holes in fencing, sagging/broken barbed wire, gaps under <br />fencing, vegetation growing into fencing, suspicious packagesrpeople near fencing, signs of <br />unauthorized entry <br />/ <br />J <br />Valves - Look for product leaks and drips; Ensure valves are in the correct position and locked when <br />not in use; Ensure water draw and roof drain valves are closed and locked when not in use <br />✓ <br />ti <br />Manifold Area - Ensure there are no signs ofleaks; valves that are not in use are closed and locked; <br />product valve labels are correct <br />J <br />Seals and Locks - Ensure all seals and locks are in place and show no signs of tampering <br />' <br />f <br />✓ <br />Dock Security Checks - Walk length of dock ispecting above and below; verify all gates are closed <br />and locked at all times, dock buildings kept locked when dock unattended; check for hose leaks; check <br />lighting at night <br />V <br />Pump Off Pumps - Visually inspect for leaks, listen for excessive or unusual noise when running, verify <br />oil in lubricator, check pressure gauges, verify valves locked <br />Leaks - Look for signs of drip or leaks. Pay close attention to welds, seams, valves and nozzles. <br />/ <br />V <br />--v/Tank <br />Information Stenciling - Ensure fire diamond is present not faded and correct. Ensure stenciling <br />is correct (product, levels of concern, valve identification) <br />/ <br />✓ <br />/ <br />V <br />J <br />Tags/Decals - Update storage tank in-service tags/decals (Ex: Last time inspected, Cleaning dates, <br />Capacity, etc.) <br />/ <br />�/ <br />Floating Suction Level Indicator - Verify floating suction level indicatoris moving with product <br />sales/receipts <br />l <br />✓ <br />ITank <br />Shell - Visually inspect for bulges, dents or signs of corrosion. <br />V <br />Monitoring Well - Visually inspect to ensure well is free of water, product and vapors. <br />.�� <br />Rags - Ensure there are no rags/absorbent pads laying about <br />1/ <br />Electrical Cabinets - Ensure all cabinets are tightened closed and locked <br />Driver Restroom - Ensure cleanliness, check vandalism <br />V <br />Drips and Spills - Look for evidence of product that could be a sign of a leak and could be a slipping <br />hazard.
