Ensure oil is clear, not extremely dirty or foamy f ✓ ✓ / Pump/Motor Coupler - Visually inspect the coupler for signs of damage. Look for "shavings" that would indicate impending failure. Ensure safeguard is in place to prevent entanglement in rotating shaft. �/ ✓ ✓ OfflOn Switches - Ensure each switch is in the correct position, locked if required and clearly marked as to what it operates. v fValve Position - Ensure valves are in the correct position, locked and/or sealed as required and clearly marked with a tag with its P&1D # or its purpose.
