Banta Terminal Last Updated: 04/11/13 <br />C <br />Locks and Seals — Ensure all locks and seals are in place on the meters, pre -amp housings and valves. <br />Heat Sensors - Ensure the sensors are present and show no obvious signs of damage. <br />Emergency Shutdown (ESD) - Ensure the ESD is cleady identified and labeled and there are no obstructions <br />that would prevent access. <br />Signage - Ensure loading procedures and current version of the Product Loading Sequence Chart (PLSC) are <br />/ <br />present and in good condition. <br />Lights - Ensure they are present and show no obvious signs of damage. Ensure they tum on and off at the <br />correct times to provide sufficient lighting. <br />Canopy Rain Gutters - Ensure they are securely fastened and show no obvious signs of damage. Make sure the <br />downspouts are not directing waterinto areas that could cause injury or equipment damage. <br />Video Cameras - Ensure they are present and show no obvious signs of damage. Check monitorinside to ensure <br />they are working properly, are in focus and are adjusted to provide maximum viewing. <br />Intercoms - Ensure they are present and show no obvious signs of damage. <br />Eye Wash Stations - Ensure eye wash stations are cleady identified and labeled and there are no obstructions <br />that would prevent access. <br />Emergency Shower- Ensure shower is clearly identified and labeled and there are no obstructions that would <br />prevent access. <br />Deeco Screens - Ensure the screen is on and legible and shows no signs of damage. Ensure enclosure is <br />locked. <br />BOL Room - Ensure cleanliness, verify printer paper available for BOL and journey plan printers, ensure RACS <br />cabinet is locked <br />/ <br />Housekeeping - Pick up all trash and debris. Ensure unit is on, screen Is legible <br />and there are no alarms. <br />Leaks - Check all valves, fittings and connections for drips and leaks.
