This report will contain pictures of the corrected violations as well as a brief <br />statement and when necessary copies of documentation. <br />Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report Notice to Comply: <br />11. Facility is not maintained to minimize the release of hazardous waste. The secondary <br />containment area which houses the Above Ground Storage tanks and hazardous materials storage <br />drums has been cleaned of all liquid and debris. Please refer to Photo #1. In addition, please find <br />a copy of the disposal record as Attachment #1. In the future all of the water collected within the <br />secondary containment that has any oil protect will be pumped into the 6,000 gallon above <br />ground storage tank (currently empty) and disposed of by our waste hauler George W. Lowry, <br />Inc. <br />20. Failed to completely label tanks containing hazardous waste. The 55 -gallon drum with used <br />absorbent pad, the 55 -gallon drum with the unknown liquid as well as the 5 -gallon bucket with <br />used oil, have been properly disposed of following the 7-09-2010 inspection of the facility. The <br />two (2) 55 -gallon drums have been cleaned and labeled accordingly; the 5 -gallon bucket was <br />hauled off by our waste hauler George W. Lowry, Inc. and cut in half to be disposed of. Please <br />refer to Photo#2 and Photo #3 for documentation of the Hazardous Waste Labels as well and <br />Attachment #2 for a copy of the disposal manifests. <br />
