Main Street ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
Stockton, CA 95202-3029 PERW/SERIACES
Re: Hazardous Waste Program Inspection—3105 S. El Dorado St.—4/25/2011
Dear Ms. Rivera:
We have made the following changes/corrections in addition to those reported in our letter of May 26, 2011,
regarding the referenced inspection on 4/25/2011.
Tank wall thickness has been added to the Tank and Containment Assessments(see attached sheets). Thickness
varies from 1.5 in. at the base to 0.75 in. or 0.5 in. at the top, depending upon tank size.
Location of drums has been added to Figure 2, Plot Plan, in the SPCC. A copy of this drawing is attached.
The level gages in the oil tanks were tested for operability and accuracy. This has been added as a requirement
to the SPCC (see the Facility Inspection Checklist from the SPCC, attached).
Security lighting is adequate to protect from vandals and inspect for leaks.
Tanks (AST, Oil and Used Oil) are checked visually for evidence of leaks on a daily basis. Written records are
maintained in the Facility Manager's diary and at least annually in the Facility Inspection Checklist.
A training record sheet with employee classifications listed has been prepared for use in safety training in
future. A copy of this sheet is attached.
Certification of Return to Compliance (signed) is enclosed.
We hope that we have responded to all requirements as we wish to be, and to remain, in compliance.
Sincerely,
Jack Bishop
