Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25270.4.5(a) facility did not prepare a SPCC plan according to CFR part 112. Immediately, prepare a SPCC plan certified by a professional engineer (PE) for the facility and submit it to the EHD for review within 30 days of receiving this report. The copy will be returned after review. Notes A Return to compliance certification must be submitted to this office with in 30 days of receiving this report. Provided free SPCC class information. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
