We believe these satisfy the requirements necessary to close findings 504 and
505 from the recent inspection.
1. The Plan was reviewed and amended (equipment added) to make the plan complete and current(Review
#1, Page 28).
2. Section 11.0 (Oil-Filled Operational Equipment) was reviewed and compared to the EPA Oil-Filled Fact Sheet
you provided in your Jan 6th e-mail.The table in Section 11.0 was modified to remove reference to concrete
slab as secondary containment. Stockton Steel's oil spill contingency plan and a written commitment of
manpower, was reviewed and determined to satisfy the requirements for oil-filled operational equipment.
3. The Plan amendments were certified by a Professional Engineer(Page 29).
4. The updated plan was uploaded into the CERS system. CERS system emergency contacts were also updated.
Thank you for your patience and assistance helping us close these last findings.
Ron Fleming
JAN Environmental
(602) 619-5040
1
