T&T Trucking - Lodi, CA <br /> Tank, Piping & Secondary Containment <br /> Inspection Checklists <br /> 2018 <br /> Tank, Piping & Foundation �, �� �°` d•` �` <br /> Inspection <br /> Check fuel oil product tanks,piping and foundation <br /> for leaks:(as appropriate) Checklist Instructions: <br /> Product droplets or drip marks Place an 'X" in the box associated with <br /> Discolorization of tanks,piping&filter the observed defect as appropriate for the <br /> Puddles containing oil products or sheen r facility If no defects are observed,place a <br /> mark in each of the boxes for the month <br /> Corrosion If defects are observed and marked, a <br /> Localized dead or damage ve atation plan for corrective action must be <br /> Vent caps are in place prepared and implemented.on page 2 of <br /> Tank supports <br /> Appendix 8 & C or additional sheets as <br /> Cracks or fissures needed. <br /> Settling Note: <br /> Gaps between lank&foundation All inspections must be performed on a <br /> Corrosion monthly basis The responsible person for <br /> performing the inspection shall initial and <br /> >=vidence of seeping values or seals date each month that they inspected the <br /> Emergency control valves facility. Again it is imperative that the <br /> General Area Inspection person doing the inspection make note of <br /> any discrepancies in any of the <br /> Inspection of area for oil and solid waste spills abovementioned items and report them <br /> excessive level of precipitation immediately to the proper facility <br /> Debris personnel. If Oil Sheen present, use <br /> absorbent pads to remove sheen then <br /> Comments- drain clean water into Drainage System <br /> Place used pads in labeled Hazardous <br /> Waste Container.
