The phone number for the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services is outdated; the phone <br />number listed is no longer in service. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />is not included in the contact list. The State OES has changed its name to California Emergency <br />Management Agency (Cal EMA). The SPCC Plan must include a contact list and phone numbers for the <br />facility response coordinator, National Response Center, cleanup contractors with whom you have an <br />agreement for response, and all appropriate federal, state, and local agencies who must be contacted in <br />case of a discharge. Immediately update the contact list to include the most current version of the <br />required information. <br />31. The plan states that inspections will be conducted at least daily, and monthly, quarterly, annually, and <br />every 10 years, using the forms provided in the appendix. The inspection forms being used for monthly <br />inspections are not the forms provided by the SPCC Plan, and in some instances, do not contain the <br />same information. Daily general inspections are not being documented. Inspections and testing shall be <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY <br />RATE.
