The facility must provide an interlocked warning light or physical barrier system, warning signs, <br /> wheel chocks or vehicle brake interlock system in the loading/unloading area to prevent vehicles from <br /> departing before complete disconnection of flexible or fixed oil transfer lines. Immediately provide a <br /> means of preventing vehicle departure prior to transfer line disconnection that is in accordance with 40 <br /> CFR Part 112 and your SPCC Plan. <br /> NOTES <br /> Moore Truck Lines is no longer in business and the two aboveground tanks are not currently being used <br /> at this time.
