On June 30, 2011, we <br /> submitted a Return to Compliance Certification — Hazardous Waste Generator Program <br /> Inspection and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Inspection report for your review. This <br /> letter is an update to the Report that was submitted. Summarized below are the <br /> corrective actions that have been taken or that will be taken in response to the <br /> remaining issues that need to be addressed per the inspection report you provided us <br /> on May 31 , 2011 . Supporting documentation of progress made is attached and <br /> referenced. <br /> Item Violation- Citation of non-compliance <br /> # RV- Repeat Violation <br /> Notes - Inspector's notes about what specific item(s) are non-compliant <br /> Response - City of Stockton, MUD response to non-compliant item. <br /> HAZARDOUS WASTE PROGRAM INSPECTION REPORT <br /> MAIN PLANT - CAL000039581 <br /> 7 RV 7. Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. Addressed and <br /> under SJEHD Review. <br /> 15 RV 15.
