Company name <br /> 2. Company E.P.A. number <br /> 3. Contents <br /> 4. Waste contractor <br /> Appropriate safety procedures: <br /> 1. wear dust mask <br /> 2. wear rubber gloves <br /> 3. wear work uniform(shorts are not allowed) <br /> 4. verify that storage container is in a ventilated area when transferring <br /> contaminates into it. Dust may be created during transfer. <br /> 5. notify supervisor when container is full and in need of transport <br /> and handling by Haz-Mat contractor <br /> 6. storage containers must not be stored over 30 days when full <br /> Pegc: 1 <br />
