• 04/02/2001 y Du Pont Page 1 of 4 <br /> Product Usage Data Sheet - 3600S <br /> ChromaClear Low VOC Productive 3600S <br /> Description <br /> ChromaClear Low VOC Productive 36005 is a fast, three-component, air dry, <br /> urethane clear for use in spot and panel repairs of OEM base/clear finishes. <br /> 3600S features good dry times, high gloss and easy application. 3600S may <br /> also be force dried for improved productivity. <br /> General Information <br /> Components: <br /> 36005 - ChromaClear Low VOC Productive. <br /> 36055 - ChromaClear Low VOC Productive Activator. <br /> 1075S - Low Temp ChromaSystem Reducer. <br /> 10855 - Mid Temp ChromaSystem Reducer. <br /> 1095S - High Temp ChromaSystem Reducer. <br /> Mix Ratio/Viscosity: <br /> Mix Ratio (4:1:10%) <br /> By Volume: <br /> Mix 4 parts 3600S to 1 part 3605S Activator. <br /> Reduce 10% with ChromaSystem Reducer 1075S/1085S/1095S. <br /> Stir thoroughly and strain. <br /> By Weight (1 quart, cumulative) : <br /> 36005 680.3 <br /> 36055 876.1 <br /> Reducer 951.8 <br /> Viscosity: <br /> 18 - 20 seconds in a Zahn #2 (DuPont M-222) cup. <br /> Tips for Success: <br /> ■ Use a mixing stick or scale for accurate measurements. <br /> Pot Life: <br /> 1 hour at 75°F Pot life will vary depending on temperature and humidity. <br /> Additives: <br /> Accelerator - 389S: add 1/2 - 1 ounce per ready-to-spray quart. <br /> Fish Eye Eliminator - 459S: add 1/4 -1/2 ounce per ready-to-spray quart. <br /> Flex Additive - Not required. <br /> Retarder - Not required. <br /> Basecoats: <br /> ChromaPremier <br /> Chromabase <br /> Cromax WBC <br /> Application: <br /> Substrates <br /> ChromaPremier <br /> Chromabase <br />
