Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum storage tanks at your <br />facility subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the State Water Resources Control Board <br />(SWRCB). The SWRCB has not received your storage statement and fee. <br />Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan <br />for your aboveground tanks by 14 April 2000. To date, we have not received your certified SPCC Plan. <br />By 16 October 2000, you are required to submit the SPCC Plan and proof that you have filed the storage <br />statement and fee with the SWRCB. Any operator or owner of a tank facility who fails to comply with <br />the provisions of the APSA may be subject to monetary penalties. <br />If you have any questions regarding this requirement, you may contact G.
