Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum <br />storage tanks subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the State Water Resources <br />Control Board (SWRCB). The SWRCB has received your storage statement and fee. <br />Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan <br />for the aboveground tanks by 16 October 2000. To date, we have not received your certified <br />SPCC Plan. <br />By 17 September 2001, you are required to submit a copy of the certified SPCC Plan to the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />If you have any questions regarding this requirement, you may call me at (916) 255-3029. <br />"X4-aw'�� <br />G.
