The underground storage tank (UST) tank information for all five USTs is not current in California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). All five tanks do not have the "Date UST System Installed". All five USTs were installed 8/21/2001 and this information was entered into CERS during the inspection today. This was corrected on site today. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 315 HSC 25291(e) Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of (pre -Jul 2003). Approximately one-quarter cup of liquid was observed in the under dispenser containments (UDCs) 23/24 and 24/25 on the truck side of the facility. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The liquid was removed during the inspection today.
