All USTs shall be equipped with a spill <br />container that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that allows drainage of the collected spill into <br />the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. The service technician replaced the cap and <br />retested the T2 south diesel spill container and the one-hour hydrostatic test passed. <br />This was corrected on site.. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by September 9, 2016. <br />Note: L10 sensor in the 87 -product T2 fill sump had fuel alarms on 12/22/15, 1/16/16, 1/30/16, 3/5/16, 3/13/16 anc <br />4/9/16. The alarms were addressed each time; however, if the alarms continue to occur, contact a properly <br />licensed, trained, and certified contractor to address the problem under permit and inspection of the Environment <br />Health Department (EHD). <br />Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br />documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br />Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br />applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
