The permit has been <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in inmation and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />+a. Soil sampling under the removed under dispenser containments. Additional <br />sampling under the removed piping may be required by the inspector if <br />contamination is found. <br />•b. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. <br />�c. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If <br />there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable <br />method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. <br />• d. Verify that all piping slopes to a containment sump with an audible/visual alarm. <br />e. Verify functionality of the UDC liquid sensors to ensure that monitoring has been <br />restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the <br />Health & Safety Code. <br />f. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the replaced under dispenser <br />containments (UDCs) sumps after returning the facility to operating condition. <br />„ g. Secondary containment testing on the product lines after returning the facility to <br />operating condition. <br />h. Primary line test on the installed product lines by a California licensed Tank Tester <br />after returning the facility to operating condition. <br />
