Item # 301 — The forklift has been removed and the absorbent material was placed on the oily stain . The <br /> absorbent has been swept up and placed in a waste oily solids/ used absorbent container for proper <br /> disposal . The dark staining around the both the 150 - gallon diesel tank and the 12 , 000 -gallon diesel tank <br /> was cleaned up . Diesel impacted soil was sampled and we are awaiting the results to arrange for proper <br /> disposal . <br /> Item #406 — These containers have been labeled . <br /> Item # 605 - As mentioned above , all the used oil drums have been replaced with a 275 - gallon tank . The <br /> tank is currently labeled properly with all the required components . The word " toxic" was added to the <br /> black used absorbent drum . <br /> Attached are Returned to Compliance Certifications for the Hazardous Materials and Aboveground <br /> Petroleum inspections .
