Evidence of <br />Paul Sanguinetti <br />compliance is attached, or a scheduled date of compliance is indicated. <br />Vice President <br />Division 5 <br />Response to Violations <br />Loralee McGaughey <br />Division 6 <br />Please find below responses to each individual indicated violation that was <br />l� <br />noted upon your APSA Inspection Report. Your inspection form indicated the <br />Thomas McGurk <br />Division 7 <br />all of the violations were "Minor -Notice to comply violations". Violation item <br />numbers include: 101,514,521,607,620. A copy of the April 3, 2013 <br />STAFF <br />Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) Program Inspection Report <br />Kevin M. Kauffman <br />provided by your office is included with this letter response as Attachment 5. <br />General Manager <br />The District's responses are organized numerically by violation item number. <br />Jeanette R.Thomas <br />AGM -Operations <br />Item 101 — Facility tanks and Facility spill prevention & countermeasure control <br />Michael D. Johnson <br />(SPCC) plan. <br />AGM -Administration <br />Existing unused 300 and 150 gallon petroleum storage tanks, an existing Ford <br />Elpedio "Jun" Jamosmos,Jr. <br />Finance Director <br />gasoline flatbed truck, and a hydro seeder will be disposed of by auction or by <br />Jeanne M. Zolezzi <br />off -haul by an approved recycler. Notice of disposition of these items will be <br />General Counsel <br />forwarded to your office. <br />The SEWD Facility has had a SPCC plan in place since approximately <br />November, 2005. Unfortunately the SEWD person accompanying you on your <br />Phone 209-948-0333 <br />site inspection was unaware of the plan.
