Specifically, you were required to register all aboveground petroleum <br />storage tanks at your facility subject to the APSA and pay the appropriate fee to the State Water <br />Resources Control Board (SWRCB). The SWRCB has not received your storage statement and <br />fee. <br />Our letter also asked you to develop a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan <br />for the aboveground tanks by 22 May 2000. To date, we have not received your certified SPCC <br />Plan. <br />By 11 September 2001, you are required to submit the SPCC Plan and proof that you filed the <br />storage statement and fee with the SWRCB. Any operator or owner of a tank facility who fails to <br />comply with the provisions of the APSA may be subject to monetary penalties. <br />If you have any questions regarding these requirements, you may contact me at (916) 255-3029. <br />G.
