PROJECT UNDERSTANDINGS <br /> Stockton will responsible for providing acceptable procedures to revise the SPCC Plan. NES <br /> will develop draft procedures based on information obtained from Stockton. The draft <br /> procedures will be finalized once Stockton has completed its review and NES has discussed <br /> Stockton's review comments with Stockton's Safety/Risk Manager. Procedures that may be <br /> developed include: routine loading, unloading of fuels, oil and waste oil; draining storm water <br /> from secondary containments; and, tank overfill preventative measures for fuel,oil and waste oil. <br /> TERMS,1ND CONDITIONS <br /> To initiate services and to signify your acceptance of the terns and provisions set forth in this <br /> proposal and the attached Contract Terms and Conditions (collectively, "Agreement"), please <br /> sign and return one copy of this proposal.
