The Spill Prevention. Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan must <br />have the full approval of management at a level of authority to commit the necessary resources to fully implement the <br />Plan. Immediately obtain required management approval for the SPCC Plan for this facility. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />604 <br />CFR 112.7(a)(3) No facility diagram or didn't show location and contents of containers, transfer stations, and pipes. <br />The facility map does not include the contents of the aboveground storage tanks and the 55 gallon gasoline tanks. <br />The Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan shall include a facility diagram which must mark the <br />location and contents of each fixed storage container and the storage area where mobile or portable containers are <br />located. It must identify the location of and mark as "exempt" underground tanks. It must also include all transfer <br />stations and connecting pipes, including intra -facility gathering lines. Immediately update the facility diagram to <br />include all of the required information. Submit a legible copy of the updated facility diagram to the EHD for review. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />605 <br />CFR 112.7(a)(3) Plan failed to address facility layout, operations discharge prevention methods and containers. <br />The SPCC Plan did not include three 55 gallon gasoline drums, stored both next to the fuel tanks and behind the <br />convenience store. The Plan listed incorrect capacities and contents for the aboveground tank. The Plan lists the <br />tank as two compartments. According to Mr. Mathews, the tank is three compartments - diesel (6,000 gallons), <br />regular gasoline (13,000 gallons), and premium gasoline (6,000 gallons). The following shall be addressed in the Spill <br />Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan: <br />- type of oil in each fixed container and it's storage capacity.
