AUTHORIZATION <br /> Work conducted by J.H. Klein feld'er & Associates <br /> (Kleinfelder) on this project was authorized by Mr. Tom <br /> Vogel of Tri-Valley Growers. <br /> III. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The San Joaquin Local Health District, requested, that an <br /> existing boring be advanced to 25 feet with samples to be <br /> extracted at 20 feet and 25 feet.
