Laboratory analysis of soil samples collected from beneath the former USTs <br /> and piping locations indicated the presence of detectable concentrations total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons. Discoloration of soil and a petroleum hyo rocarbon odor were noted in the <br /> field.
